What if no one bids?
If your job doesn't get bids in 24 hours, we widen the notification radius and ping more local haulers in your area. They choose whether to bid. We'll do everything we can to get your job covered. If we can't, you walk. No charge to post a job.
What if the hauler doesn't show up?
Card on file isn't charged until the job is done. No-show, no charge. Plus we get a notification when a hauler accepts a bid and ghosts. They get bumped from the platform.
How do you know they're legit?
Every hauler carries $1M general liability insurance, signed our independent contractor agreement, and was vetted by us before they could bid. We're a small platform. We know who's on it.
What if I don't like any of the bids?
Walk away. No charge to post a job. No charge to look at bids. You only pay when you accept a bid AND the hauler completes the work.
Do I have to pay anything to get bids?
Nope. Posting is free. Bids are free. You pay the hauler the bid price after the job. We take a small platform fee out of that, hauler gets the rest.
How quickly can a hauler come?
Bids land as local haulers see your post. Same-day pickup is common for small stuff (single couch, single mattress, one appliance) when haulers have open capacity. Bigger jobs (garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts) typically schedule 1-3 days out depending on hauler availability and how much truck space they need to plan.
