The model

Built around real bids, not a corporate quote.

  • No lead fees.

    Most marketplace platforms charge haulers $30 to $100 every time someone considers them. Haulers pass that cost on to you. We don’t charge haulers anything to bid; they only pay us when they win and complete a job.

  • Multiple bids.

    Bids land as local operators see your post. Each bid includes their truck, equipment, and reviews if they’ve earned any. Compare and pick whichever fits the job and your budget.

  • Pay after the job.

    Card is pre-authorized when you accept a bid (so the hauler knows you’re serious), then charged when the work is actually marked complete. No-show, no charge.

Hauler vetting

Who’s actually showing up to your house.

Every hauler on the platform clears five gates before they can place a single bid. We’re a small platform. We know who’s on it.

  • $1M general liability insurance required and verified before activation. Certificate stays on file; lapsed coverage auto-suspends the profile.
  • Independent contractor agreement signed. Every hauler accepts the same agreement (read it here) covering insurance, conduct, prohibited items, and dispute handling.
  • Identity + business verified during Stripe Connect onboarding before they can accept payouts.
  • Top Rated badge requires 5+ all-five-star reviews. Auto-revoked if any non-five-star rating lands. We don’t fudge ratings or hide bad reviews to protect haulers.
  • Founder review on every application. I personally review each application before approval. If something feels off, the application sits or gets a phone call before it advances.

Where we operate

Currently serving Hampton Roads + Richmond.

Each metro launches once enough local haulers commit. Hampton Roads has been live since launch. Richmond opened with a founding-8 push: the first eight fully-activated Richmond haulers get permanent founding status, including a permanently reduced platform take rate.

Now recruiting in Northwest Arkansas.

We’re recruiting the founding 8 haulers in Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Bella Vista, and the surrounding Benton + Washington county cities). Customer service in NWA launches once the founding cohort is committed, not before.
